Preparation of a Handbook for the Support of Children with Developmental Disabilities in case of Disasters

Women's Commitee published this handbook.
This "Handbook" aims to promote religious facilities, which might operate as shelters in case of disasters, to prepare for people who require sensitive support and especially for chilrdren with deveolpmental disabilites because it is diffucult to recognize their disabilities by appearance and it takes more time than elders and other people who require sensitive support.
This kind of small mindfulness for those children would help to welcome other diverse people.
